Love Island fans are all saying the same thing about ‘hostage’ Gemma Owen in series final

LOVE Island fans are convinced Gemma Owen isn’t pleased to be in the final, comparing her to a hostage.

The 19-year-old dressage rider is in the final four couples with partner Luca Bish.

But as the Love Island finalists lined up in the villa tonight, viewers couldn’t help but notice Gemma’s ‘fed-up’ expression.

One wrote on Twitter: “Why does Gemma always look like she is in a hostage situation?”

A second said: “Gemma looks like she doesn’t want to be here lol.”

A third posted: “Gemma looks FED UP.”

Another wrote: “Why does Luca look like he’s holding Owen captive.”

It comes just days after Gemma admitted having secret doubts about her relationship.

The 19-year-old brought up their bickering and fears about how they’ll cope on the outside during a romantic lunch.

Owen asked him: “Do you think we’ll have any massive challenges on the outside?”

Luca replied: “I don’t think there will be. I’m hoping there won’t be.”

Pushing back, Owen admitted: “I feel like in here we haven’t had as many tests as others.”

Luca explained: “No, but I think that’s because we felt so strongly about each other so quickly.”

“We do bicker a lot,” Gemma added.

A surprised Luca replied: “Bicker? It’s not bickering. We wind each other up.”

Owen agreed: “Yeah, we wind each other up and we both love it.”

Viewers weren’t convinced by Luca’s reassuring speech.

One joked: “Gemma, u won’t have any massive challenges on the outside as long as u stay in ur room 24/7.”

Another added: “I don’t think Gemma likes Luca . Like literally why would she bring up her licking Adam in the challenge when that is the one thing that sent Luca into a spiral?”
